The 2011 conference is being held at College of DuPage on Friday, April 29. There will be several speakers from all areas of journalism, both professional and within high school journalism as well.

To enter the Yearbook or Newspaper contest, please download a PDF of the forms, and send them in with your submissions.

Busses, vans and cars may park in the non-faculty lots on campus. Lots 1, 2 , 4 and 5 will be closest to the SRC Building where the NISPA registration desk is located.

Registration begins at 8:15 a.m. The Welcome/Opening Ceremony will be held in SRC2800 at 8:40 a.m. There will be three workshop sessions of 45 minutes each starting at 9, 10 and 11 a.m. Lunch for students will run from 11:45 to 1:00 p.m. Awards will begin at 1:15 and last until 2:00

Students may eat in the college cafeteria which features Taco Bell and a Subway franchise along with a conventional cafeteria food line. Students may also bring a brown bag and pick up snacks and drinks from vending machines or the snack lines. Because there are virtually NO fast food or regular restaurants within quick walking distance of the college, we encourage all students to stay on campus for lunch. If the weather is nice, students may eat their lunch outside.
